Refund Policy for Digify Dynamics

At Digify Dynamics, we strive to provide excellent services to meet your business needs. However, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency:

Non-Refundable Fees

All setup fees, onboarding fees, and any funds already allocated to third-party services (e.g., search engines, hosting providers) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Service-Specific Refunds

Refunds for ongoing services such as SEO, PPC management, or website design are not available for work already completed or in progress.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be granted in the event of a documented failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon service, provided we are notified within 7 business days of the issue.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@digifydynamics.com. Refund determinations are at the sole discretion of Digify Dynamics. Refunds for payments processed through Stripe will be managed as follows:
